Love the colour but.....so many problems

This is my 4th or 5th purchase of these abayas from Hayah.
The colour is beautiful, but I’ve been disappointed with the quality control lately. The first one had a defect in the pocket, and after I contacted Hayah about it, I reordered the same style as a replacement. Unfortunately, the new abaya arrived significantly larger than all my previous ones in the exact same size. It feels like a size 60 that was mistakenly labeled as 58 — the width is about an inch wider than my other abayas.
I’ve now had multiple issues, and the consistency just isn’t there anymore. The quality used to be excellent, but they seem to be dropping the ball. At this point, I’ve wasted enough money on replacements and sizing problems that I won’t be purchasing from them again.

I ordered the abaya with the zipped pockets 2 times. The first time I had placed an order I was extremely happy with the item I received. I placed an order recently for the same type of abaya in a couple of different colours, however on receiving the order, the pockets are so small, hardly anything can fit in it and the size of the abayas are alot tighter even though i had ordered the same size as previously. I have tried to contact hayahalmuslimah about my dissatisfaction however I have not received any reply from them. So overall I am extremely not happy considering I have spent over £80.
