This is the first abaya I got from hayah and it’s beautiful Maš’Allah. I’ve had so many compliments when I wore it and my mother in law loved it so much I’ve gifted it to her and looking to get another for myself. It feels luxurious, the details are beautifully stitched and much better than other places I have purchased from

I recently ordered an abaya from Hayah Al-Muslimah (Order #98743332087294) and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
The abaya I received was not the same as the one advertised on their website. The material, finish, and overall quality were noticeably different and appeared significantly cheaper than the product shown in the listing. The colour was also not jet black as advertised, and the sleeves and neckline details were completely different from the photos.
What made this even more concerning is that my sister placed a separate order for the exact same abaya (Order #98743325327294), and she received the identical incorrect item that I did. Two separate orders receiving the same wrong abaya suggests this may not simply be a one off mistake.
When I contacted customer service, they insisted the correct product had been sent, despite previously acknowledging that my sister’s order was incorrect. I explained the clear differences, including the cuffed sleeves, unusual lining around the neck, different fabric feel, and incorrect colour, but the response was dismissive and did not address the concerns properly and have not responded to my email.
Overall, the product did not match the advertised listing, and the handling of the complaint was frustrating. I would advise others to proceed with caution when ordering, as the item received may not match what is shown online.

Beautiful embroidery but fabric translucent thus must wear a under dress. Fabric too thin for the heavy embroidery
I love my new abaya, it’s beautifully made, the material is thick but light , it’s even nicer than the picture on the website. it will be perfect for my daughter’s nikkah however i will need a long inner dress under because the sleeves are slightly short

I had several concerns, which the Haya Muslimah team efficiently addressed. They provided a pre-paid label due to the nature of the fault, and I was impressed by their efficiency and trust in my inquiry. I am truly grateful and will definitely be placing another order soon, God willing, for a different abaya. It is quite possible that the material may have a manufacturing defect, and occasionally, even prominent brands encounter such issues, which does not necessarily imply fault on the part of the brand itself. Thank you Haya Team.
The material itself is good quality and feels nice, which makes this even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the zip is poor quality and quite flimsy. It has already come apart after only a few uses. It’s especially annoying when it happens while out in public. I expected better durability overall.
Truly lovely abayas. I wish there was regular stock availability. These are the only ones I feel comfortable in and will wear.
My Chocolate Brown One-Piece Full Length Jilbab With Elasticated Cuff - Prayer / Abaya Dress (Premium) is so beautiful. The colour is gorgeous, like real chocolate colour, which I absolutely love. The dress fitted me so well and the fact that it had elasticated cuffs was brilliant cos my sleeves were baggy but looked perfect with the elasticated cuffs. I haven't stopped wearing it for my prayers. I feel so true when wearing it to do my prayers. It's worth the money. I will definitely recommend this store xx
Very good quality material. Beautifully made. Only gave 4 stars because the colour on the website was a pale blue but the actual product was more sage green.
