They provided a pre-paid label due to the nature of the fault, and I was impressed by their efficiency and trust in my inquiry. I am truly grateful and will definitely be placing another order soon, God willing, for a different abaya. It is quite possible that the material may have a manufacturing defect, and occasionally, even prominent brands encounter such issues, which does not necessarily imply fault on the part of the brand itself.
